Storage Instructions
It should be kept at 0-4˚C (32-39.2˚F), and sealed within its packaging until the expiration date. To enjoy the quality and flavor of MIMIKOS chicken, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator. The packaging allows you to keep it fresh for an even longer period. If your consumption habits require you to store it in the freezer, make sure to freeze it on the day of purchase. A chicken that has been frozen promptly and stored correctly before freezing can last an additional two months in a good home freezer at -18˚C (0˚F).
Thawing
When the chicken is stored in the refrigerator 0-4˚C (32-39.2˚F), there is no need for thawing. If you have frozen it for storage, make sure to place it in the refrigerator 24 hours before use, allowing it to thaw gradually and safely.

INGREDIENTS
54.6% chicken breast fillet meat, water, breading (wheat flour [contains gluten], yeast, paprika extract, starch, stabilizer: diphosphates and triphosphates, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate), boiled and smoked chicken meat deli 8.4% (chicken meat, water, stabilizer: triphosphates, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, mixed spices, mixed herbs, emulsifier: monooleate polyoxyethylene sorbitan, preservative: sodium nitrite, smoke), semi-hard cheese 7.3% (contains milk, lactose), vegetable oils (palm oil and sunflower oil in varying proportions), seasonings, dextrose. May contain traces of mustard (mustard seed).
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pan 3'
Dip the Cordon Bleu in hot oil and fry them for 3 minutes, turning on both sides. To keep them crispy, let them sit for a while on absorbent paper before serving.*
Oven 10´
Preheat the oven to 180˚C (356˚F). Place the Cordon Bleu on baking paper and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Do not use the oven grill to bake them.
Air Fryer 10´
Preheat the device, place the Cordon Bleu in the basket in a single layer, and spray them with a little oil (preferably sunflower oil). Cook them at 180˚C (356˚F) for approximately 10 minutes.
Please note that electrical appliances differ from one another, and therefore you may need to adjust the cooking time for your specific appliance.
