Chicken Cordon Bleu

1 συσκευασία CORDON BLEU CLASSIC MIMIKOS
4 μπριός burger
1 ντομάτα
4 φέτες μαρούλι σγουρό
1 κρεμμύδι
80 γρ κέτσαπ

Για τη sauce:
150 γρ. μαγιονέζα
70 γρ. μουστάρδα απαλή

Ingredients


For the sauce:
150 g mayonnaise
70 g mild mustard

1 package of MIMIKOS CLASSIC CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
4 brioche burgers
1 tomato
4 slices of curly lettuce
1 onion
80 g of ketchup

Preparation

For the sauce: Add mayonnaise and mustard to a small bowl, and whisk well with a hand whisk until fully combined.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC, place the Cordon Bleu on baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, fry them in a deep pan for 3 minutes.

Cut the brioche buns in half and toast them in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side. Slice the tomato into thick rounds. After washing and drying the lettuce well, cut it in half lengthwise, removing the tough white core. Then, slice the onion into rings.

Assembling the burger: On the base of the brioche bun, spread some ketchup, then layer with lettuce, onion rings, tomato slices, the Cordon Bleu, and finally top with the yellow sauce.

We can replace the ketchup with barbecue sauce.
