Chicken Cordon Bleu

CORDON BLEU CLASSIC MIMIKOS από ΦΙΛΕΤΟ ΚΟΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ
½ κιλό πατάτες
250 γρ. ηλιέλαιο για το τηγάνισμα
αλάτι
πιπέρι

Για τη sauce Ταρτάρ:
250 γρ. μαγιονέζα
¼ ματσάκι μαϊντανό
1 μεσαίο κρεμμύδι
25 γρ. κάπαρη
50 γρ. αγγουράκι τουρσί
10 ml χυμό λεμόνι
αλάτι
λευκό πιπέρι

Ingredients


For the tartar sauce:
250 g mayonnaise
¼ bunch of parsley
1 medium-sized onion
25 g caper
50 g pickled cucumber
10 ml lemon juice
salt
white pepper

1 package of MIMIKOS CLASSIC CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
½ kg potatoes
250 g sunflower oil for frying
salt
pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC, place the Cordon Bleu on baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, fry them in a deep pan for 5 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into small wedge shapes, heat sunflower oil in a saucepan, and fry them on high heat for 10-12 minutes.

For the tartar sauce: In a metal bowl, add finely chopped onion, parsley, capers, and pickled cucumber cut into small cubes. Then, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

On the main plate, serve the MIMIKOS Cordon Bleu with the potatoes on the side and the tartar sauce in a small dipping bowl.
