ΦΙΛΕΤΙΝΙΑ από ΣΤΗΘΟΣ ΚΟΤΟΠΟΥΛΟ MIMIKOS

Για τη Κρέμα Φέτας:
250 γρ. φέτα
500 γρ. γιαούρτι
50 ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι
πιπέρι
Ingredients
For the Feta Cream:
250 g slice
500 g yoghurt
50 olive oil
salt
pepper
MIMIKOS Breaded Chicken Strips
4 tortillas (27-30 cm)
½ lettuce
250 g cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC (392ºF). Place the fillets on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or alternatively, fry them in a deep pan for 3 minutes.
Cut the lettuce into thick slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
For the Feta Cream:
In a blender, add the feta cheese, yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and blend until very smooth.
For Assembling the Tortilla:
Grill the tortilla for half a minute on each side to give it a nice shape. Spread feta cream along the length of the tortilla, followed by the green leaf lettuce, then the MIMIKOS fillets, and finally the cherry tomatoes. Roll it up and serve. Enjoy!
