Για τη sour Cream:
200 γρ. γιαούρτι 5%
2 γρ. λευκό πιπέρι
2 γρ. αλάτι
χυμό από 2 λεμόνια
50 γρ. κρέμα γάλακτος
Ingredients
For the sour cream:
200 g yogurt 5%
2 g white pepper
2 g salt
juice of 2 lemons
50 g milk cream

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the Viennese schnitzel on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes or fry in deep oil for 5 minutes.
Wash the valerian greens and dry them very well.
For the sour cream, add the cream, yogurt, lemon, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until well combined.
Serve the schnitzel on a plate with the valerian marinated with salt and pepper, and finally, put the sour cream in a dipping bowl.
