200 γρ. sauce cheddar
200 γρ. μαγιονέζα
1 πράσινη πιπεριά
1 κόκκινη πιπεριά
1 ντομάτα
10 γρ. καπνιστή πάπρικα
Ingredients
200 g cheddar sauce
200 g mayonnaise
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tomato
10 g smoked paprika

500 g potatoes
250 g sunflower oil
salt

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Place the breaded fillets on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or alternatively, immerse the breaded fillets in hot oil and fry them for 3 minutes, turning them to cook evenly on both sides.
Fry the potatoes at an oil temperature not exceeding 170ºC (338ºF). Cut the peppers and tomato into thin slices.
For the Plate Assembly:
At the base, place the fried potatoes, then add the breaded fillets on top. Drizzle mayonnaise over the fillets, followed by the cheddar sauce, and finally add the sliced vegetables.
Garnish with smoked paprika. Enjoy your dish!
