Για τον πουρέ:
2 κιλά πατάτες
½ κούπα κρέμα γάλακτος
2 κ.σ. βούτυρο
Ingredients
For the puree:
2 kilos of potatoes
½ cup sour cream
2 tbsp butter
800 g MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
2 cloves of garlic
flour
½ glass of white vinegar
1 glass of red wine
½ bunch of parsley
1 ½ tbsp. butter
Preparation
We open a package of MIMIKOS chicken thigh fillet, cut it into thin slices, season with salt, and coat it with flour. In a pan, add olive oil and sauté the chicken with a little garlic until it gets a nice color. Once this is done, take half a glass of vinegar and one glass of red wine to deglaze the pan. Add a little water, return the chicken to the pan, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
For the mashed potatoes, boil the potatoes, then add half a cup of cream, one cup of milk, and butter. Just before finishing cooking the meat, add butter and parsley.
