Ingredients
1 avocado
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
4 tbsp fresh onion
1 tbsp Tabasco
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
salt

MIMIKOS Chicken Wings
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cumin
zest and juice of 1 lime
2 medium tomatoes
Preparation
Mix together the lime juice and zest, olive oil, paprika, cumin, and ginger. Place the chicken wings in a bowl, pour the mixture over them, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure they are evenly coated.
Place the wings along with their marinade in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC (390ºF) for 25 minutes. Flip the wings halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.
For the garnish, chop all the vegetables into cubes of the same size: peeled and pitted tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, and green onions.
Next, add the avocado sliced thinly to the same bowl. Mix everything together, sprinkle with cilantro, add a few dashes of Tabasco, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the wings hot with the fresh salad on the side.
