1 πρέζα σκόρδο σε σκόνη
1 κ.γ. ταμπάσκο σος (tabasco sauce)
½ φλιτζάνι νερό
4 κ.σ. γλυκιά σάλτσα τσίλι από μπουκάλι (sweet chili sauce)
½ φλ. καστανή ζάχαρη
Ingredients
1 tbsp medium hot paprika
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 tbsp tabasco sauce
½ cup of water
4 tbsp sweet chili sauce from a bottle (sweet chili sauce)
½ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp white vinegar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Cut the chicken wings into three pieces, discarding the small hard tip. Place the wings in a bowl, drizzle with oil and salt, and mix well. In another bowl, add flour and coat the wings evenly. Remove any excess flour and place the wings in a rectangular baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring well to ensure they cook evenly on all sides. Meanwhile, in a small deep pan, melt the butter and add vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, Tabasco, sweet chili sauce, water, and sugar. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven, drizzle with the sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
