Για τη σαλάτα Αβοκάντο:
2 αβοκάντο
½ κρεμμύδι φρέσκο
1 lime
25 γρ. ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι
πιπέρι
Ingredients
For the Avocado Salad:
2 avocados
½ fresh onion
1 lime
25 g olive oil
salt
pepper
1 package of MIMIKOS CLASSIC CHICKEN NUGGETS
4 ciapattas
½ green curly lettuce
1 cucumber
100 gr. mayonnaise
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, place the Nuggets on baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, fry them in a deep pan for 3 minutes.
Cut the lettuce into large pieces and slice the cucumber into rounds.
For the Avocado Salad: Chop the avocado into large chunks, add lime juice, olive oil, and chopped fresh scallions, and season to taste.
Assembling the Ciabatta: Cut the ciabatta bread in half. On the base, place the avocado salad, followed by the cucumber slices, mayonnaise, Nuggets, and finally the lettuce. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
