Chicken Legs

1 συσκευασία Ολόκληρα Μπούτια Κοτόπουλου MIMIKOS
1 κούπα λιαστές ντομάτες
1 κούπα πράσινες ελιές } χρόνος προετοιμασίας 10’
250 γρ. ντοματίνια
2 ξερά κρεμμύδια
|
2 κ.σ. κάπαρη } χρόνος ψησίματος 60’
χυμός 1 λεμονιού
10 φύλλα πλατύφυλλου βασιλικού
1 κούπα λευκά φασόλια βρασμένα
ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι

Ingredients


2 tbsp capers } cooking time 60'
juice of 1 lemon
10 leaves of broadleaf basil
1 cup boiled white beans
olive oil
salt

1 package MIMIKOS Chicken Legs
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup green olives } preparation time 10'
250 g cherry tomatoes
2 dry onions

Preparation

Place the sun-dried tomatoes and olives in a Pyrex dish. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them, along with the sliced onions. Sprinkle with capers and squeeze the juice of one lemon on top. Add whole basil leaves and then the boiled beans. Mix everything together.

On top of the Mediterranean ingredients, place the whole chicken thighs. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (top and bottom heat) for 1 hour.
