Chicken Drumsticks

1 συσκευασία Μπουτάκια Κοτόπουλου MIMIKOS
500 γρ. αρακάς
250 γρ. μανιτάρια } χρόνος προετοιμασίας 10’
2 καρότα μεσαίου μεγέθους
10-12 πατάτες baby
1 ξερό κρεμμύδι
|
1 ματσάκι άνηθος } χρόνος ψησίματος 60’
1 ματσάκι καυκαλήθρες
Ξύσμα 1 λεμονιού & χυμός 2 λεμονιών
1 σέλερι
ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι

Ingredients


1 bunch of dill } cooking time 60'
1 bunch of clams
Zest of 1 lemon & juice of 2 lemons
1 celery
olive oil
salt

1 package of MIMIKOS Chicken Drumsticks
500 g peas
250 g mushrooms } preparation time 10'
2 medium sized carrots
10-12 baby potatoes
1 dry onion

Preparation

Cut the onion and celery into thick slices. Sauté them in a pot with a little olive oil. Add the mushrooms, quartered, and the carrots cut into thin sticks. Add the peas and lower the heat. Place the peeled potatoes into the pot. Add the lemon zest and juice, followed by the coarsely chopped herbs. Season with salt and mix the ingredients.

Make a small cut in the MIMIKOS chicken thighs and place them on top of the other ingredients. Add more salt and olive oil. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid and transfer the pot to a preheated oven at 180ºC (top and bottom heat), baking for 1 hour.
