Για τη sauce Μαγιονέζας:
250 γρ. μαγιονέζα
½ κρεμμύδι ξερό
25 γρ. μουστάρδα με σπόρους
5 γρ. μαϊντανό ψιλοκομμένο
Ingredients
For the Mayonnaise sauce:
250 g mayonnaise
½ dry onion
25 g mustard seeds
5 g chopped parsley
1 package of MIMIKOS CLASSIC CHICKEN NUGGETS
4 tortillas (27-30 cm)
½ red cabbage
½ Greek lettuce
100 g Parmesan flakes
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 grated carrot
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, place the Nuggets on baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, fry them in a deep pan for 3 minutes.
Cut the lettuce into thin strips and the cabbage into thin slices.
For the Mayonnaise Sauce: In a blender, add onion, whole grain mustard, parsley, and mayonnaise. Blend for 2 minutes; the ingredients don't need to be fully pureed.
Preparing the tortilla: Grill the tortilla for half a minute on each side to give it nice grill marks. Spread the mayonnaise sauce along the entire length of the tortilla, then add the lettuce, cabbage, grated carrot, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan flakes, and finally the Nuggets.
Wrap the burrito and cut it in half.
