150 γρ. μαγιονέζα
50 γρ. μουστάρδα απαλή
20 γρ. μέλι ανθέων
Ingredients
For the sauce:
150 g mayonnaise
50 g mild mustard
20 g flower honey
1 package of MIMIKOS CLASSIC CHICKEN NUGGETS
2 medium-sized tomatoes
½ Greek lettuce (small size)
10 small brioche sandwiches
100 g Parmesan
Preparation
For the sauce: Add mayonnaise, mustard, and honey to a small bowl, and whisk well with a hand whisk until fully combined.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, place the Nuggets on baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, fry them in a deep pan for 3 minutes.
Shave the Parmesan into flakes using a peeler. Cut the tomatoes in half and then into thin slices. After washing and drying the lettuce well, cut it in half lengthwise, removing the tough white core.
For the mini sandwiches: Cut the brioche buns in half and spread sauce along the inside. Then, layer with lettuce slices, tomato slices, 2 Nuggets, and finally, the Parmesan flakes.
