1 λεμόνι

Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
200 g green beans
1 cup white sweet wine
1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
1 package of MIMIKOS Chicken Drumsticks
3 onions
3 zucchinis
3 tomatoes
rosemary
10 sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup olives
Preparation
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Sauté the Vegetables: In a pot over high heat, add olive oil, sliced onions, zucchini, chopped tomatoes, rosemary, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, minced garlic, green beans, and white wine.
Season: Add salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Once the mixture reaches a boil, transfer it to a baking dish.
Add Chicken Thighs: Place the MIMIKOS chicken thighs on top of the vegetable mixture. Season with salt.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
