1 ½ κούπα ημίγλυκο κόκκινο κρασί
1 κούπα πελτές ντομάτας

½ κούπα τριμμένη γραβιέρα } χρόνος μαγειρέματος 35’
½ ματσάκι μαϊντανός

Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup grated Gruyère } cooking time 35'
½ bunch of parsley
salt
pepper
3-4 tbsp. olive oil
1 package of MIMIKOS Chicken Thigh Fillet
500 g spaghetti
2 dry onions } preparation time 10'
5 slices of bacon
1 ½ cups semi-sweet red wine
1 cup of tomato paste
Preparation
Finely chop the onions and bacon, then sauté them in a little olive oil. Cut the MIMIKOS chicken thigh fillet into thin strips and add it to the pot. Deglaze with wine and stir in tomato paste. Add 2 cloves of garlic and let it simmer. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta.
After seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper, add grated graviera cheese and a bit of coarsely chopped parsley. Drain the pasta and rinse it with a little water. Return the pasta to the pot, drizzle with a little olive oil, and mix well.
Serve the pasta and chicken on a plate, and sprinkle with grated graviera cheese.
