Ingredients
2 green peppers
2 glasses of wine
lemon zest
juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp smoked paprika
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 package MIMIKOS Chicken Thigh Fillet
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp fresh thyme
1 onion
3 fresh onions
1 clove of garlic
2 florin peppers
Preparation
Open a pack of chicken thighs (Mimikos). Add a bit of olive oil to the pan and sauté the chicken with two cloves of garlic. Chop the vegetables (peppers and onion) and place them in a pot. After sautéing the chicken, cut it into smaller pieces and add it to the pot with the vegetables along with a bit of thyme. Take the pan and deglaze it with white wine, then add this to the pot along with 1 tablespoon of mustard, chopped fresh onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a little honey. Let it cook on the heat for 10 minutes.
