½ tbsp. curry
all purpose flour } baking time 30'
sunflower oil

1 ½ kilo MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
1 package of Kataifi KANAKI
4 eggs
1 tbsp garlic powder } preparation time 15'
1 tbsp sweet paprika
Preparation
Gently comb the KANAΚI Kataifi with your fingers. Blend well in a blender. Place the Kataifi in a bowl and add the garlic, sweet paprika, curry, and salt. Mix to combine the ingredients. Crack the eggs into another bowl and beat them. In a third bowl, place the flour.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin slices. After seasoning with salt, dip the slices sequentially into the bowl with flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the bowl with the Kataifi. Place the chicken slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle each one with sunflower oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
