Για την κρούστα του κοτόπουλου:
1 κ.γ. καπνιστή πάπρικα
1 κ.σ. μπούκοβο
1 κ.γ. καυτερό πιπέρι
1 κ.γ. κύμινο
1 κ.γ. σκόρδο
1 κ.σ. μαύρη ζάχαρη
1 φλιτζάνι του καφέ Ελαιόλαδο

Για την κοιλιά του κοτόπουλου:
1 πορτοκάλι κομμένο σε φέτες
2-3 κλωνάρια δενδρολίβανο
1 σέλερι
2 μικρά καρότα
αλάτι
πιπέρι
Ingredients
For the chicken belly:
1 orange cut into slices
2-3 sprigs of rosemary
1 celery
2 small carrots
salt
pepper
1 MIMIKOS Whole Chicken
juice of 1 orange
For the chicken crust:
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Bukovo
1 tbsp hot pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp black sugar
1 cup of coffee Olive oil
Preparation
Take the chicken out of the refrigerator half an hour before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
In a bowl, mix some olive oil, orange juice, and the ingredients for the crust. Stir well and rub the mixture all over the chicken, massaging it between the skin and the meat.
Stuff the cavity of the chicken with vegetables and tie the legs tightly to keep them inside.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200°C (390°F), or until the crust is well cooked and golden brown.
