1.300 γρ. Φιλέτο Μπούτι Κοτόπουλου MIMIKOS
1 μεγάλο ξερό κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
1 πράσο σε λεπτές φέτες
4 πολύχρωμες πιπεριές κομμένες σε 8 χοντρές λωρίδες (όλα τα χρώματα)
330 ml μπύρα (1 κουτάκι)
⅓ φλ. ελαιόλαδο

1 κλαδάκι φρέσκια ρίγανη
1 κλαδάκι φρέσκο θυμάρι
½ κ.γ. ζάχαρη
αλάτι
φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι
ρύζι για το σερβίρισμα
Ingredients
2 tbsp cumin
juice of 1 lemon
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 pack of MIMIKOS Chicken Thigh Fillet
300 g cherry tomatoes
3 medium zucchinis
3 cups peas (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp oregano
Preparation
First, brown the chicken in a large pot in batches to prevent the oil temperature from dropping. Keep the browned pieces covered on a plate.
In the same olive oil, after finishing browning the chicken, add the chopped onion and sliced leeks. Let them sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and finally, add the bell peppers cut into thick strips.
Stir to coat them in oil, then return the chicken to the pot, increase the heat, and pour in the beer gradually, as it will froth. Add the sugar, herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the poultry is tender and the sauce has thickened.
