Chicken Breast Fillet

4 Φιλέτα Στήθος Κοτόπουλο MIMIKOS
4 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο
2 κ.σ. λευκό βαλσάμικο ξίδι
2 κ.σ. λευκή κρέμα βαλσάμικο
λίγες σταγόνες χυμό λεμόνι
2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
αλάτι
|
πιπέρι
θυμάρι
ρίγανη
δεντρολίβανο
κρεμμύδι
χρωματιστές πιπεριές σε τέταρτα

Ingredients


pepper
thyme
oregano
rosemary
onion
quartered colored peppers

4 MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp white balsamic cream
a few drops of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
salt

Preparation

Before we start the marinade, we cut the meat into large chunks.

In a bowl, we combine the marinade ingredients for the chicken skewers: oil, vinegar, balsamic cream, lemon, garlic, and herbs, adding salt and pepper to taste.

We add the chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it sit for 3-4 hours.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewer, alternating with vegetables like bell peppers and onions.

Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning them every 3-4 minutes to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.

While grilling, if desired, brush them with balsamic cream.
