Chicken Drumsticks

3 Μπουτάκια Κοτόπουλου MIMIKOS
80 ml ελαιόλαδο
1 λεμόνι
80 γρ. μουστάρδα
2 κλωνάρια φρέσκο Θυμάρι
1 κ.γ. ξερή ρίγανη

1 κ.γ. πάπρικα γλυκιά
2 χρωματιστές πιπεριές
1/2 κρεμμύδι
1 σκελίδα σκόρδο
100 γρ. μανιτάρια σαμπινιον
250 γρ. κεφαλογραβιέρα
3 κομμάτια αντικολλητικό χαρτί

Ingredients


2 colorful bell peppers
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
100 g champignon mushrooms
250 g kefalograviera cheese
3 pieces of parchment paper

3 MIMIKOS Chicken Drumsticks
80 ml olive oil
1 lemon
80 g mustard
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika

Preparation

Let the chicken drumsticks come to room temperature. Pat them dry.
Cut half of the kefalograviera cheese into elongated pieces.
Make a slit in the chicken drumsticks and stuff them with the cheese pieces. Secure the opening with toothpicks.
Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil. Mix well.
Place two pieces of parchment paper in the bottom of an air fryer tray.
Add the chicken drumsticks, vegetables, salt, pepper, and spices.
Pour the mustard sauce over the ingredients.
Cover with a piece of parchment paper and seal well.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
After baking, uncover the chicken drumsticks, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
