Σνίτσελ Classic από ΦΙΛΕΤΟ ΚΟΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ
200 γρ. μιξ πράσινα σαλατικά
250 γρ. ντοματίνια
αλάτι

Για το Λαδολέμονο:
150 γρ. ελαιόλαδο
50 γρ. ηλιέλαιο
50 γρ. χυμό λεμόνι
20 γρ. απαλή μουστάρδα
αλάτι
πιπέρι

Ingredients
For the oil lemon:
150 g olive oil
50 g sunflower oil
50 g lemon juice
20 g mild mustard
salt
pepper
MIMIKOS Chicken Schnitzel
200 g mixed green salads
250 g cherry tomatoes
salt
pepper

Preparation
Slice the cherry tomatoes into small rounds.
For the Lemon-Olive Oil Dressing: In a blender, first blend the lemon juice with the mustard, then add the olive oil and sunflower oil.
For Assembling the Salad: Divide the greens and cherry tomatoes among 4 salad plates, and top with the schnitzels sliced into pieces. Drizzle with the lemon-olive oil dressing and serve with freshly ground pepper.

If the dressing turns out to be too thick, we can add a little water.
