Chicken Breast Fillet

1 πακέτο Φιλέτο Στήθος Κοτόπουλου MIMIKOS
500 γρ. σπανάκι
500 γρ. μανιτάρια λευκά
250 γρ. τυρί γκούντα τριμμένο
150 γρ. παρμεζάνα σε πούδρα
6 κ.σ. τυρί κρέμα

8 φέτες μπέικον
2 σκ. σκόρδο
4 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο
πάπρικα
αλάτι
πιπέρι

Ingredients


8 slices of bacon
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
paprika
salt
pepper

1 pack of MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
500 g spinach
500 g white mushrooms
250 g grated gouda cheese
150 g Parmesan powder
6 tbsp cream cheese

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms and spinach.

Meanwhile, in a baking dish, drizzle olive oil on the bottom and layer the chicken fillets, slightly opened, and sprinkle chopped bacon on top.

Once the mushrooms and spinach have wilted, place them over the chicken with the bacon. Finally, add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and grated Gouda cheese on top.

Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes, or until the dish is golden brown.
