1 κόκκινη πιπεριά
1 μέτριο κρεμμύδι

½ σγουρό μαρούλι λόλα
200 γρ. μαγιονέζα
Ingredients
12 pieces cherry tomatoes
½ curly lettuce
200 g mayonnaise

4 pieces French baguette
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Place the breaded fillets on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or alternatively, immerse the breaded fillets in hot oil and fry them for 3 minutes, turning them to cook evenly on both sides.
Slice all the vegetables into thin pieces, and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Bake the baguettes for 5 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF). Once cooled, cut them lengthwise in half and spread mayonnaise on the base. Then add the vegetables, followed by the breaded fillets. Enjoy your meal!
