1 ½ κιλό σέσκουλα
500 γρ. σπανάκι
1 ματσάκι άνηθος

1 ματσάκι μυρώνια
1 ματσάκι καυκαλήθρες
χυμός από 2 λεμόνια
ξύσμα από 1 λεμόνι
1 αβγό
ελαιόλαδο
Ingredients
1 bunch of myronia
1 bunch of clams
juice of 2 lemons
zest of 1 lemon
1 egg
olive oil
1 package of MIMIKOS Chicken Drumsticks
1 bunch of green onions
1 leek
1 ½ kilos of hake
500 g spinach
1 bunch of dill
Preparation
Heat the Oil: In a wide pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Prepare the Chicken: Make a vertical incision in the chicken thighs and sauté them in the pot until they are browned.
Add Vegetables: Finely chop the fresh green onions and leek. Add them to the pot along with a little more olive oil.
Add Water: After a few minutes, pour in a glass of water. Cover the pot, reduce the heat, and cook for 30 minutes.
Steam the Greens: Once the chicken is cooked, transfer the thighs to a plate. In the same pot, steam the greens for about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients: Return the chicken thighs to the pot and continue cooking.
Add Fresh Herbs: Finely chop the fresh herbs and add them to the pot.
Prepare the Avgolemono: Turn off the heat and prepare the avgolemono sauce.
Finish the Dish: Add the avgolemono to the dish and stir to combine.
