Ingredients
½ cup sour cream } baking time 60'
grated cheese

olive oil
1 package of MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
5-6 slices of bacon
1 dry onion
225 g white mushrooms } preparation time 10'
4 potatoes
Preparation
Finely chop the bacon and sauté it with a little olive oil. Do the same with the onion. Finely chop the mushrooms. Cut the MIMIKOS chicken breast fillet into thin slices and place it in a baking dish. Season with salt and add the bacon and onion. Pour olive oil into the pan and sauté the mushrooms. Meanwhile, slice the potatoes thinly. Place them in a bowl and season with salt.
Pour the mushrooms over the chicken and drizzle with cream. Layer the potatoes on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat for 40 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for another 20 minutes.
