2 σκελίδες τριμμένο σκόρδο
1 κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
500 γρ. κολοκυθάκια

1 ½ φλ. πράσινες ελιές
1 κ.γ. ρίγανη
1 κ.σ. ξερός βασιλικός

Ingredients
200 g grated tomato
1 ½ cups green olives
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp dry basil
salt
pepper
1 package of MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
½ cup Olive oil
2 cloves of grated garlic
1 finely chopped onion
500 g zucchinis
1 carrot
Preparation
Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper, and sauté them on both sides for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Transfer them to another plate.
Next, sauté the onion and garlic for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Gradually add the zucchini and carrot, and continue to sauté for another 5-6 minutes. Add the grated tomato, green olives, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well to combine the ingredients.
Finally, add the chicken breast fillets back into the pan. Once the dish begins to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
