Ingredients
2 tsp tomato paste
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
1 pack of MIMIKOS Chicken Breast Fillet
2 packs of strained yogurt
2 tsp mustard
1 shot olive oil

Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, olive oil, garlic powder, and tomato paste. Add the chicken to the mixture and stir well. Cover and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours. Spread the fillets in a baking dish and cover them with the marinade. Sprinkle a little extra pepper and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top. Bake at 200 °C (fan) for 20 minutes.

You can serve it with rice or bulgur.
