500 ml κεφίρ
1 αβοκάντο
αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις
κορν φλάουρ
1 lime (χυμό)

1 κ.γ πάπρικα γλυκιά
1 κ.γ κάρυ

Ingredients
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp curry
coriander
salt
pepper
1 pack MIMIKOS Chicken Thigh Fillet
500 ml kefir
1 avocado
all purpose flour
corn flour
1 lime (juice)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the kefir, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, curry, salt, and pepper. Mix well and add the chicken. Coat the chicken in flour and cornstarch, then fry the chicken.
In a blender, mix the 2 eggs, sunflower oil, vinegar, juice of 1 lime, and salt to make mayonnaise.
Mash the avocado and add lime juice and a little salt. Cut the buns in half and layer with lettuce, chicken, hot sauce if desired, cheese, the avocado mixture, and mayonnaise. Serve.
