100 γρ. μοτσαρέλα σε φέτες (25 γρ. η μία)

½ μαρούλι σγουρό λόλα
100 γρ. μαγιονέζα
100 γρ. κέτσαπ
Ingredients
½ curly lettuce
100 g mayonnaise
100 g ketchup
MIMIKOS Limited Edition Crispy Chicken Nuggets
4 pieces sesame burger buns
100 g sliced mozzarella (25 g each)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the Crispy Nuggets MIMIKOS on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes or fry in deep oil for 5 minutes.
Cut the burger buns in half and toast them in a hot pan for 30 seconds on each side until lightly browned.
Place 4 Crispy Nuggets side by side and top them with a thick slice of mozzarella. Bake for an additional 4 minutes in the oven at 220ºC until the cheese melts.
To assemble the burger, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, then add curly lettuce, followed by the Nuggets with melted mozzarella, and finish with ketchup.
We can use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup.
