Για τη sauce Μαγιονέζας:
150 γρ. μαγιονέζα
100 γρ. γιαούρτι στραγγιστό 5%
20 ml ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι/πιπέρι
Ingredients
For the Mayonnaise sauce:
150 gr. mayonnaise
100 gr. 5% strained yogurt
20 ml olive oil
salt
pepper
1 package of MIMIKOS CLASSIC CHICKEN BURGERS
4 burger buns
4 eggs
4 large pickles
1 tomato
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, place the burger patty on baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Alternatively, cook it in a non-stick pan for about 10 minutes, flipping frequently.
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices, and cut the pickles into thin diagonal slices.
Fry the eggs over low heat with olive oil, ensuring the edges don’t become too crispy.
For the mayonnaise sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
Assembling the burger: Spread the sauce on the bottom of the bun, then add the pickles, the MIMIKOS burger patty, tomato slices, and finally, top with the fried egg.
