½ άϊσμπεργκ ή ½ μαρούλι ελληνικό

150 γρ. Barbecue sauce
150 γρ. τριμμένο τυρί Cheddar
Ingredients
150 g Barbecue sauce
150 g grated Cheddar cheese
1 package of MIMIKOS Crispy Chicken Nuggets
4 pieces white baguette
½ iceberg or ½ Greek lettuce
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the baguettes for 5 minutes.
Next, bake the crispy nuggets for 10 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or fry them for 3 minutes in deep oil if you prefer.
Cut the baguettes lengthwise and spread BBQ sauce on the top and bottom of the bread.
Then, add finely chopped iceberg lettuce.
Place 4 or 5 crispy nuggets in each baguette, depending on the size of the bread.
Finally, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese along the length of the sandwich.
